Dan received his Doctor of Ministry from Carey Theological College in 2009, a few years after working on his Master in Christian Studies in Regent College in 1991, where his main concentration was on family ministries. He joined Union Gospel Mission (UGM) in 2007 and is currently its Director of Programs where he is responsible for the overall delivery of UGM/s programs into the community.

Dan is passionate about interpersonal and organizational dynamics, particularly in faith-based organizations. He has a teaching and pastoral heart and is widely welcoming of cross-cultural experiences.

Dan and his wife Karen served as missionaries in Austria for 14 years. He’s also a father to three awesome adult kids: Andreas, Christopher and Mikaela.
